Up to 68 people upstairs on the open aired 2nd floor deck with 2 staircase access, seating for 68, private bar, private bathrooms overlooking the beautiful town of Weatherford and Oklahoma’s rolling plains. This rental comes with a private bar and bartender, private bathrooms upstairs, seating for 68 and the pool room access privately which holds up to 35 more guests that can roam freely, along with security making sure only your guests can go upstairs and in pool room.

Sunday through Wednesday 10am-2am

1,000 people max capacity base pricing starts at 100 guests

10,000 sq ft Newly built, open aired event area featuring a covered stage, dance floor, tiki bar, covered patio, lifted 2nd story VIP deck with its own bar, bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Private parking and stage access for bands, or staging area. Your choice of tiki bar or VIP bar being opened, you can have both if needed for a $25.00 an hour per bartender charge. (Main bar will stay open to the public with this option but the whole outside will be private for you and your guest)

With these packages we will close down the entire property for you and your guests. You will have your choice of 2 bars being open Main bar and your choice of VIP deck or tiki bar, third bar will be open for a fee if wanted. You get everything included in all the above packages but you have the privacy of having your own bar/event venue for the day!
